Retail Return Policy

Changed your mind? No problem!


We offer returns and full refunds on any items purchased from the Purely Wellness Skin Shop within 30 days, except for gift cards, which are non-refundable. The items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging, and in the same condition as they were received. We also require that a copy of your original receipt be included.


If your item was part of an order with other items where a free item or discount was given, you'll be refunded an amount up to the difference between your original order total and the total for the order had this item not been included.


Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit applied to your original method of payment.


Need to exchange it?


If you've received an item that is damanged or defective, please contact us to let us know within 10 days of purchase. We'll investigate the issue and arrange for an exchange.


Please note that we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges for adverse reactions unless a product is deemed defective by the manufacturer.  Be sure to try samples and testers ahead of time, be aware of all ingredients if you have a known allergy or sensitivity, consult a professional with any questions, and follow all directions!
