Insurance & Billing
While we are not able to direct bill for reflexology services, Fay is RCRT certified and some extended health programs will cover treatments. Please check your insurance plan, as each health insurance plan is different. Some cover reflexology under a wellness spending account, so we advise checking with your plan administrator on this as well.
If you do have coverage, receipts will be provided which you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement.
If reflexology is not included in your plan, please ask your insurance plan administrator to consider including coverage for reflexology provided by Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapists (RCRT).
